Modded Terms of Use

1. Acceptance

By downloading or using Modded ("the App"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Modded is an AI-powered car customization tool that lets you visualize modifications on photos of your vehicle. The App uses artificial intelligence to generate edited images based on your inputs.

3. Subscriptions

• Free Tier: 3 free transformations. No account required.
• Modded Pro: Unlimited transformations via auto-renewable subscription.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscription automatically renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime in Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of photos you upload. By using the App, you grant us a limited license to process your photos through our AI service solely to provide the editing functionality. Photos are deleted immediately after processing.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Upload content you do not have the right to use
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with the App
• Abuse the service or circumvent usage limits

6. AI-Generated Content

Results are generated by AI and may not be perfectly accurate. Modded does not guarantee the accuracy or quality of generated images. Results are for visualization purposes only and should not be relied upon for purchasing decisions.

7. Intellectual Property

The App, its design, code, and branding are owned by Modded. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the App.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Modded shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
